ORDERS OVER £200.00 ARE SENT FREE OF CHARGE. MOST ORDERS WILL BE SENT WITHIN A WEEK, BUT PLEASE ALLOW 28 DAYS DELIVERY. ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF MATERIALS.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY: WE ARE HAPPY TO SEND FAIRIES OVERSEAS! POSTAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT COST ON A DIRECT WEIGHT BASIS.

Returns and refunds/ exchanges: We will refund or exchange any item with which you are not happy. Returns should be made within 14 days.
